Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Below are our global return, refund, and exchange guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Perfume, cosmetics, and personal care products must remain sealed.
- Digital products, gift cards, and perishable goods are non-returnable.
2. Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number for expedited handling.
3. Refund Process
- Contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item back to our designated returns center within 7 days of RA issuance.
- Once inspected, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or model, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund, following the steps above.
6. International Returns
International customers may incur additional duties & taxes when returning items. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
